Agreement

By using our apps or website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

Our Apps

HeiloProjects apps are provided "as is" for your personal or business use. When you purchase an app:

• You receive a perpetual license to use the app
• The license is valid on all your personal Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) as allowed by the App Store
• You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, or resell the app
• We provide updates at our discretion, typically including bug fixes and new features

Buy Once, Own Forever

Our apps are one-time purchases. You won't be charged again for the same app. Future major versions may be offered as separate purchases with upgrade pricing when available.

No Warranties

Our apps are provided without warranties of any kind. While we strive to make reliable, high-quality software, we can't guarantee the apps will meet your specific needs or be error-free.

Limitation of Liability

HeiloProjects is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our apps, including data loss, business interruption, or any other damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Your Content

You retain all rights to data you create in our apps. We don't claim ownership of your content, and we can't access it since it stays on your devices or in your personal iCloud account.

App Store Terms

Our apps are distributed through Apple's App Store. Your use is also subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Custom Development

For custom corporate app development, separate agreements will govern the project scope, deliverables, pricing, and intellectual property rights.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
